ReplyDeleteAt that price, I would look for corruption in the contracting agency. Somebody has to be receiving big payoffs.
They brought 80 tonnes of debris by trucks, whose cost was 14 million yen, equivalent to $176,148. $2,201.85 per tonnes. They will use two cargo ships and bring one time per two days.
