Essentially zero health effect observed below 100 mSv/yr.

I'm looking for the conversion factor from Bq to mSv and not finding anything useful.  The question is what does 112 kBq, spread over an area of X km², produce in mSv/yr of exposure?  My educated guess is that the existing Cs-137 produces much less than 0.001 Bq/m², and the range of the beta emissions is very low (stopped by a few g/cm² of material).

  2. We can hardly define that radiation is the cause of disease under the low dose rate.
