A guy (31) who posted a death threat to mayor of Kokura, who accepted debris to burn, is arrested.
He posted it in Twitter.
Is it fair?
Is a freedom of speech, expression gone?

I think he violates some law, but not a duress. Infringement of mayor's honour at best. Arrest is out of the question.
