One of my friends sometimes complains about his company. He says they always ask of him to buy their products. They call it 'inner sales'.
Inner sales destroy healthy company accounting. Originally company ought to pay benefit to their employees. They not only acquire fines from their employees in a form of profit from their products but also they add the fines to the sum of all sales. They committed racketeering doubly or triply.
Inner sales are impossible. We sell product to others. Selling is essentially from ins to outs.

ReplyDeleteThere is a colour of money in company accounting. We all need to distinguish which money we obtain. We need to obtain money from outside or customer, not inside or employees. Once tainted, it's hard to launder money.
