Nothing more heinous than the crimes committed by those who ought to control crimes. They ought to be punished more severely. Because they not only damaged people or property but directly gained profits from them.
Who polices the police, eh? The problem is always how to catch them in the first place? They tend to cover for each other, making all but the most public and most egregious of offenses nigh impossible to prove or punish.
